SUSFMoves, brought to you by Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness, is purposely designed to help you get moving in your chosen space, time and activity. With its easy to access data, SUSFMoves has been specially developed to track your everyday activity from the palm of your hand.


MY MOVEMENT:
Here you will find your program, group classes, challenges and all the other activities you’ve chosen to participate in. Whether you enjoy going for a walk with or friend or hitting the gym, all of your movements will be tracked in one place.

RESULTS:
Check your results and monitor your progress. Train with the SUSFMoves app to collect MOVEs. The more activity you do, the more MOVEs you will collect. You can log MOVEs manually or sync with other apps such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.

Enjoy every moment in our Technogym equipped facilities and use SUSFMoves to connect to the equipment you are using with Bluetooth or QR Code recognition. The equipment will automatically detect your personal program and your results will be automatically tracked on your MyWellness account.
